Pressure Pros HQ provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning and exterior pressure washing services. The following defines what is and is not included in each service category.
Bin Cleaning — Standard Service Includes:
- High-pressure hot water exterior wash (minimum 2,000 PSI)
- Full interior scrub and high-pressure rinse
- EPA-registered, eco-friendly sanitizing treatment
- Deodorizing agent application
- Post-service geo-timestamped photo confirmation sent to Client
- Bin returned to its original curbside or designated location
Bin Cleaning — Does NOT Include:
- Repair or replacement of damaged, cracked, or broken bins or lids
- Removal of large debris, furniture, or construction materials
- Cleaning of bins containing hazardous waste (see Section 9)
- Interior cleaning of dumpsters exceeding 4 cubic yards
Pressure Washing — Standard Service Includes:
- Surface preparation (pre-rinse and debris removal)
- Hot or cold water pressure wash as appropriate for the surface type
- Application of biodegradable cleaning agents where needed
- Post-service walkthrough confirmation with Client (or photo if Client not present)

Our Tracking Promise
Every job is logged in our Zylobase CRM system with a timestamp, technician ID, and before/after photo. You can request your full service history at any time by calling (678) 502-8366 or emailing
mason@pressureproshq.com.
To ensure a successful service visit, Clients are responsible for the following:
- Bins must be empty before service. Bins containing any waste, recycling, or debris at the time of service will be skipped and the visit will be charged at the standard rate. The Company is not responsible for emptying bins.
- Bins must be curbside or in the designated location by 7:00 AM on your scheduled service day. Inaccessible bins are treated as a skipped visit and billed normally.
- Gate/access codes must be provided in advance if service requires entry through a secured area. The Company assumes no liability for property damage in areas where access instructions were not provided.
- Accurate contact information must be kept current. The Client is responsible for updating their address, phone, or payment method in Zylobase or by contacting us directly.
- Hazardous materials. Clients must not place or leave hazardous materials (see Section 9) in bins scheduled for cleaning. Failure to comply will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
⚠️ Skipped Visit Policy
If our technician arrives and cannot access or service the bin due to Client error (bin not empty, bin not out, access blocked), the visit counts as completed and is billed at the standard rate. No credit is issued for Client-caused skips. We will attempt to text you a heads-up when we're en route.

All prices are per bin unless otherwise quoted. Homes with more than 3 bins may be eligible for a volume discount — contact us to discuss.
Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank transfer. A valid credit or debit card must be on file for all recurring plan subscribers. Cards are charged automatically on the billing date.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, service will be paused after one (1) retry attempt (48 hours). Service resumes once payment is resolved. No late fees are charged on the first failed attempt; a $5 administrative fee applies to subsequent failures.
To protect the pricing integrity of our discounted recurring plans and ensure we can allocate routes and resources appropriately, the following minimum commitment terms apply:

📌 Example: Monthly Plan Early Termination
A Client subscribes to the Monthly plan at $15/bin and receives 2 cleanings before canceling. The ETF = ($35 − $15) × 2 visits = $40. This clawback reflects the one-time rate for services already received at the discounted price.
After the minimum commitment period, the plan converts to month-to-month and can be cancelled any time per Section 6 with no penalty.
Service Pause Option: Subscribers may pause their service for up to 60 days per calendar year (e.g., for travel or renovations) without penalty, by providing at least 5 days' notice via text to (678) 502-8366 or through the Zylobase customer portal. Paused months do not count toward the minimum commitment term.
How to Cancel: Clients may cancel at any time by:
- Texting "CANCEL" + your name/address to (678) 502-8366
- Emailing mason@pressureproshq.com with subject: "Cancellation Request"
- Submitting a cancellation request through the booking form at pressureproshq.com
Notice Period: Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Cancellations submitted after the 7-day window will take effect at the following billing cycle.
Early Termination
Cancellations made before the minimum commitment term (Section 5) is complete will trigger the Early Termination Fee. The ETF will be charged to the card on file within 3 business days of the cancellation request being processed.
Company-Initiated Termination: Pressure Pros HQ reserves the right to terminate service with 7 days' written notice for: non-payment (beyond one retry), Client abuse toward staff, repeated violation of Client Responsibilities (Section 3), or presence of hazardous materials (Section 9). No ETF applies in these cases — any prepaid amounts for unrendered service will be refunded pro-rata.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of the service date and we will re-clean at no charge. No questions asked on the first complaint per calendar year.
To exercise the guarantee, the Client must:
- Contact Pressure Pros HQ within 24 hours of the service via call, text, or email
- Describe the issue (photo preferred but not required)
- Allow a re-clean attempt before requesting a refund
Refunds: Monetary refunds (vs. re-clean) are issued at the Company's discretion for documented quality failures. Refunds are not issued for Client-caused issues (e.g., bin not emptied, inaccessible location). All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
By booking service with Pressure Pros HQ, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Pre-existing damage: The Company is not liable for damage to bins, lids, or surrounding surfaces that existed prior to service. Our technicians document pre-existing conditions with photos before beginning each job.
- Gated or restricted property: If the Client grants access to a secured or gated area, the Company assumes no liability for incidental property damage beyond normal wear expected of professional service (e.g., a gate latch that was already loose).
- Unforeseen conditions: The Company is not liable for damage caused by conditions not disclosed at booking (e.g., fragile decorative bins, chemically treated surfaces, buried irrigation heads near wash areas).
- Force majeure: Service delays or missed visits caused by severe weather, state of emergency, road closures, or other events beyond the Company's control are not a breach of this agreement. Affected visits will be rescheduled at no penalty.
- Maximum liability: In no event shall the Company's total liability to the Client exceed the amount paid for the specific service visit in question.
Pressure Pros HQ will refuse service and charge the standard visit fee (to cover route time) if bins are found to contain any of the following:
- Hazardous waste: motor oil, paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals
- Medical waste, syringes, sharps, or pharmaceutical materials
- Unbagged feces (human or animal) or uncontained biohazard material
- Dead animals or carcasses
- Asbestos-containing materials or construction debris
- Explosives, compressed gas canisters, or flammable materials
Repeated Violations
A second refused-service incident due to hazardous material will result in immediate plan termination without refund, per Section 6. Client safety and technician safety are non-negotiable.

Referral Program Rules
Referral credit is issued after the referred customer completes their first paid service. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expire 12 months from issuance. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can earn.
We want every interaction to end positively. If a dispute arises, we follow this escalation path:
- Step 1 — Direct Resolution (0–5 business days): Contact us at (678) 502-8366 or mason@pressureproshq.com. Most issues are resolved at this stage. We take all feedback seriously.
- Step 2 — Manager Review (5–10 business days): If the issue is not resolved, request escalation to a manager. A written response will be provided within 5 business days.
- Step 3 — Mediation: If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to non-binding mediation before pursuing any legal action. Mediation fees are split equally.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings shall be filed in Fulton County, Georgia.
Pressure Pros HQ reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or text at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Clients who object to material changes may cancel without penalty within the 14-day notice period, regardless of any minimum commitment term in effect.
